I went to Advance Auto Parts to buy a radiator hose and was greeted by a man named Frank. This guy has a attitude from the get go and acts like he is better then everyone else. I asked for a radiator hose because mine was blown and so he precedes to tell me the hose is not the problem and that I have a blown head gasket. I just said ok; however, I still need a radiator hose to fix the current problem. Frank goes to the back of the store gets the radiator hose and has this intimidating demeanor because I won't believe him that my vehicle has a blown head gasket. He rolls his sleeves up over his shoulders I am not sure if this is to intimidate me or what I have no idea. I got the part and went home only find out he sold me the wrong part after about a hour and half wasted messing around trying to convince him I do not have a blown head. I took the part back just got my money back and went to AutoZone and got the correct part in about ten minutes. I will never ever set foot in another Advance Auto Parts store as long as I live and I think that this business is horrible the way they treat customers. I called management explained the situation and was assured that was not the way they treated customers and to come back anytime. I thought ok I will try and I go to the store before I even get in the door Frank comes out and tells me to leave go somewhere else he does not want to service me. I have worked with about 20 different surrounding auto parts store in the area and never experienced a problem like this before. So if you are thinking about going here please think twice because this is the attitude you will be approached with by this guy no matter how nice or kind you are to the guy you still get treated the same.

Went there looking for a crankshaft sensor and got good service. The guy there has a tattoo of his son's name on his forearm and was real friendly and knew what he was talking about. He wasn't sure if the part I needed was identical so he called another advanced auto to ask them about the part in detail so we wouldn't have to go out of our way. Then, when we told him we weren't going to buy the part there because it was cheaper at Autozone, he called to confirm the lower price and beat that price to give us a cheaper deal then them! Too awesome, thank you so much!!
